The Promarks TM Series Vacuum Tumblers are constructed with heavy duty stainless steel, BUSCH vacuum pumps with liquid trap, variable speed, continuous vacuum, and reverse discharge function.
Due to the variable drum speeds, Thompson vacuum tumblers offer an optimum massaging reaction and a gentle treatment of the products.
User friendly controls, together with the vacuum process ensure maximum protein extraction as well as high emulsifying reaction and optimum binding, improved colour retention, tenderising effect and natural meat aroma without changing the meat structure.
